Traditional Blend

Saveri Pure Virgin Olive Oil is milled from the fruit of our 20-year-old trees in St. Helena’s historic Italian Valley. It is a blend of five Italian olive varietals: Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Moraiolo, and Coratina.

Our traditional red label blend olive oil is harvested later in the season. It has a balanced spectrum of flavors ranging from peppery to mild and grassy. This blend is greenish-gold in color.
