An Italian Tradition in the Napa Valley

Organic Saveri Pure Virgin Olive Oil hails from a sustainable farm in St. Helena’s historic “Italian Valley.” It is produced using a robust blend of five Italian olive varietals: Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Moraiolo, and Coratina.

Italian immigrants farmed the land in the Napa Valley where our olive groves are located before the 1906 earthquake, bringing their rich culture and superb agricultural knowledge to the region.

Founder Joseph Saveri, whose roots go back to the first generations of Italian winemakers in California, proudly continues the tradition to create a high-quality, delicious and healthful organic oil.

Saveri Olive Oil has recently been certified by the Oil Commission of California as a high-quality olive oil.

Small Batch Olive Oil Harvested by Hand…

Saveri Pure Virgin Olive Oil is hand-harvested in two batches. The first comes from our best trees and is used to make our premium Limited Edition green label olive oil. The second batch is harvested later in the season and offers a delicious, balanced flavor.

After we pick our olives, we cold-press them. This results in an exquisite fruity, peppery and slightly bitter taste hearkening back to the traditional olive oils produced in Tuscany… but with a modern Napa flair.
